Fall Taste of Table 10 Menu Features Flavors of the Autumn Season

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 28, 2014) – Chef de Cuisine Tim Doolittle of Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant Table 10 spotlights his favorite fall flavors and fresh seasonal ingredients with the autumn edition of the “Taste of Table 10” four course $45 menu. Featuring hearty and filling dishes, the menu is now available for lunch and dinner with optional wine pairings for $28 per person.

First course choice of:

  • Seasonal homemade soup

  • Chicken and andouille sausage gumbo with steamed rice

  • Boston lettuce salad with Windrose Farms head lettuce, bacon, chive buttermilk dressing and heirloom tomatoes

  • Caesar salad with gem lettuce, grilled crouton, parmesan, tomato puree and white anchovies

Wine pairings: Mohua Sauvignon Blanc or Banfi Chianti Classico

Second course choice of:

  • Squash gnudi with pecan, sage butter and romano cheese

  • Mushroom “vol au vent” with garlic sauce and St. Andre cheese in a pastry shell

  • Emeril’s New Orleans BBQ shrimp with rosemary biscuit

  • Candied North Country farm bacon with Noble Tonic #1

Wine pairings: Joseph Drouhin Chablis or Talbott “Logan” Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Pinot Noir

Third course choice of:

  • Veal ravioli with dried tomatoes, roasted garlic and parmesan broth with broccoli rabe

  • Crisp roasted chicken with Spanish chorizo, broccolini and quick potatoes

  • Boneless short ribs with beets, horseradish glaze and black kale

  • Arctic char with mixed olives, smoked tomato, peppercorns and grilled leek and fennel

  • Wagyu skirt steak with spinach, potato puree and red wine sauce

Wine pairings: Alderbrook Vineyards Chardonnay or Don Miguel Gascon Malbec

Dessert

Choose any dessert from the menu, including white chocolate malassadas with cinnamon sugar and raspberry sauce or berry cobbler with crumble topping and vanilla ice cream.
