LAS VEGAS (April 3, 2014) – Join Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant Table 10 every week for the Sunday Supper Gulf Clam Bake. Each Sunday the restaurant will feature a selection of the week’s freshest catch, from whole lobster and stuffed blue crabs to crawfish, scallops, mussels, oysters and more, all served family-style.
The rotating menu includes in-season seafood, such as Louisiana blue crab baked Bienville-style; mussels and clams baked with Spanish chorizo and herbs; Louisiana crawfish; octopus salad; and chilled shrimp and oysters on the shell. Kicked-up sides will complement the dishes, including delicious options like bacon and onion green beans, grilled baby squash, hush puppies with Emeril’s essence mayonnaise, Creole roasted red potatoes, and homemade sauces and breads. The Sunday Supper finishes with a “dessert storm” for the table–a sampling of some of Table 10’s best treats.
Guests can also enjoy “Sunday Sippers,” signature cocktails and wine pairings, including a Lagasse Lemonade, Voss Sauvignon Blanc and Lucy Rose’ for an additional cost.
Sunday Supper is served 5-10 p.m. and is $49 per person plus tax and gratuity. A minimum of two people per table is required. For reservations, call 702.607.6363 or visit emerilsrestaurants.com/table-10.
