As Media Relations Director, Sheftall brings a great deal of experience after working with a Los Angeles-based boutique public relations and brand management firm representing chefs, musicians, artists, restaurants, and events. Her past and present clients include celebrity Chef Eric Greenspan, STK Steakhouse, Lemonade, Erven (named “Best New Restaurant” by Los Angeles Magazine), Mikkeller DTLA, Sushi Ginza Onadera LA, Conservatory, Nashville’s independent record label Cafe Rooster Records, the events James Beard Foundation Taste America Los Angeles and Hollywood Awards. Lauren has extensive experience in the entertainment industry.
Sheftall began her career booking and promoting comedians at the Improv Comedy Club in Washington, D.C., before making the jump to the entertainment agency world, learning from the ground up in the famous agent-training program, AKA “the mailroom,” at (then) William Morris Agency in New York City. Five years later, Lauren had worked her way up to literary agent, working on the accounts of bestselling authors Dean Koontz, Janet Evanovich, Tom Clancy, and others.
