Delmonico Steakhouse kicks off football season with game day menu and drink specials

Menu includes Emeril Lagasse’s kicked up versions of tailgate favorites and creative cocktail specials including the “Fumble-laya”

LAS VEGAS (Sept. 4, 2013) – Football fans looking to watch the game and still eat like a champion will want to head down to Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse in The Venetian Las Vegas for their Game Day menu and drink specials on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the bar and lounge area. Starting Sept. 7, the menu includes Emeril’s signature New Orleans spin on tailgating favorites and specialty cocktails to toast a victory or drown sorrows of defeat.


Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater has prepared a kicked up Game Day menu with crowd pleasers including steak fries ($10), truffle parmesan potato chips ($10), Creole boiled shrimp cocktail with tomato horseradish sauce ($16), Emeril’s New Orleans barbeque shrimp with petite rosemary biscuit ($16), fried young chicken with creole tomato glaze ($16), Maine lobster sliders with Old Bay spiced fries ($19), Delmonico prime hamburger on sesame brioche with cheddar cheese and bacon ($18) and Delmonico Creole glazed turkey wings ($16). In addition, Chef Ronnie will run a new dish special every weekend.


Fans won’t want to wait until the final quarter for dessert with options such as 100% house made chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, caramel or banana milkshakes for $8 or a vanilla root beer float for $10.


“Sideline Brew” specials include $4 bottles/$18 buckets of Budweiser, Bud Lite, Coors Lite, Miller Lite and Michelob Ultra or $5 bottles/$22 buckets of Corona, Heineken and Amstel Lite.


Beverage Manager Max Solano has created “Third Down Drinks” for $7 including the “Three Point Stance” made with Karma 100% Agave Blanco Tequila, pomegranate syrup and Red Bull; the“Hail Mary” with homemade three-pepper infused vodka, homemade fiery garden-tomato mix and fresh lemon juice; and the “Fumble-laya” with Evan Williams Kentucky bourbon, elderflower syrup and fresh lemon juice.
